CODE YELLOW -- TORNADO WARNING 1.) Announce CODE YELLOW 3 times over the PA system. 2.) ALL staff should report to the refuge area. 3.) ALL staff should escort any referral clinic patients and visitors to the refuge area. 4.) ALL staff, patients, and visitors should remain in the refuge area until an ALL CLEAR is announced. 5.) Command Staff will contact local emergency management or law enforcement for ALL CLEAR notification. 6.) Maintenance staff will survey the facility for damage. |
